We’ll journey through the park in unity and hope, walking side by side to show our shared commitment to helping every veteran and first responder find stability, dignity, and ensure each of them have a place to call home.

We Walk Because
… every step we take helps support veterans, first responders and their families in need. The funds raised during this event provide vital resources that directly benefit those exiting homelessness, dependents of our fallen, and other key outreach events that work to bring communities closer together:
We deliver furniture & accessories to veterans, first responders and their families entering permanent housing from homelessness.
We provide scholarship opportunities to dependents of fallen veterans and first responders.
We provide follow on care to those needing extra support after exiting homelessness
Join the Vets on Track Foundation for their 2026 Winter Walk – A Walk to End Homelessness. Our first annual Winter Walk aims to raise awareness and gather resources to end homelessness. We are working toward a shared goal—ending homelessness for every veteran and first responder—PERIOD!
Whether you walk solo, bring your family, or form a team with friends or coworkers, your participation helps create real pathways to housing stability across Virginia.
